NuVita was founded by an RN with years of experience in high-acuity inpatient cardiovascular medical-surgical nursing.

In the hospital setting, I cared for patients navigating heart disease, chronic inflammation, uncontrolled stress, metabolic dysfunction, and long-term vitamin depletion. I saw firsthand how years of ignoring subtle symptoms — fatigue, burnout, hormonal imbalance, inflammation — eventually manifest into serious health challenges.

What struck me most was this:

That realization shifted everything.
